01. How do I book a session?
You can book your session by contacting Rosa Wheeler Photography through the website or social media. Once we confirm your date and session details, a non-refundable retainer/booking fee is required to officially secure your date and time. Your session is not considered booked until the retainer has been received.
Please review all session details, pricing, and policies before submitting your payment. By submitting your retainer, you acknowledge and agree to the booking and refund policies.
02. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your session. All payments are subject to the booking and refund policies outlined by Rosa Wheeler Photography. If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear through the original payment method. Same-day refunds are not guaranteed.
03. Do you travel for sessions?
Absolutely! I’m based in [Mishawaka, IN], but I love to travel. Travel fees may apply outside a [25-mile] radius.
04. How long until I get my photos?
My turnaround time is typically [1–2 weeks for portraits, 4–6 weeks for bigger sessions]. You’ll receive your fully edited gallery through Pixieset with a download link.
